Do you offer free trials?
Bigshopper offers a free month the first time you will apply for a subscription, after that period, the package will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Are the prices per domain/country?
Yes, our pricing is structured on a per domain/country basis. By charging per domain or country, we ensure that you only pay for the specific services you require, allowing you to manage costs effectively and optimize your investment.
What is the additional fee per domain/country
The addition price per domain/country is based on the amount of products. Please refer to the packages to see our pricing model.
Can you mix and match different packages?
Yes, it is possible to mix and match different packages for your webshop. It could be that your other domain have significant more or less products. Please refer to the packages to see our pricing model.
Do you offer yearly price plans?
Yes, Bigshopper gives you the option to pay for your plans annually. When annual payment is set up in our dashboard, a 10% discount before VAT is added to your bill.
What payment methods do you support?
For monthly payments or yearly payments, we support all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Maestro), SEPA, Klarna, iDeal, giropay, Bancontact, EPS and P24. We will also accept bank transfers by agreement.
What’s the cancellation policy?
At Bigshopper, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no notice period. Please note that no refunds are provided for the remaining subscription period. If you use our CSS service, billing will end once the switch back to Google is accepted.
